1. This machine is used to cover the grain in flat surfaces of MDF and other boards which are painted by water-based and UV coagulated filler.2. The excellent working performance ensures a smooth surface on the workpiece. The unused paint can be reclaimed. It avoids the need for manual work and correspondingly improves working efficiency. 3. The doctor roller, rubber roller, conveyor belt, and pressure roller are controlled by independent motors and transducers, which fully strengthen the painting quality. 4. The floating filling system accommodates workpieces with minor differences in thickness. The constant pressure from pressure roller can promote the flattening effect. 5. The solvent-proof conveyor belt prevents slipping.
